I bought This Binary Universe, BT’s latest album.

To say I like it would be an understatement. This album is a must for anyone that even remotely likes music. I didn’t say electronic music, but any music.

I even get the impression that some of these songs meet the creteria for The Mozart Effect—a way of temporarily increasing spatio-temporal reasoning.

I can definitely see myself playing this while working, reading, playing chess, etc.

This one is worth the money.

UPDATE: I’ve listened to this album three times in the last few days and I hear something different each time. Not haven’t heard this song before different, but where did this part of the song come from different.

My coworker, Ruby, thinks I should update more often.

Ok. Here’s one.

After three and a half weeks waiting and a new logic board, I finally have my computer back.

This seems like deja vu. The exact same thing happened to my previous computer. I’ll have to examine my computer habits to see if I’m somehow contributing to the damage. I’m not whipping it around, but maybe the way I transport it is stressing the inards.

Now, I have to begin changing my various passwords. I’ve also turned on my port monitoring program to ensure no “unwanted” traffic is being transmitted. Paranoia might seem odd to most people, but I happen to like my security.

After that, I can get back to the real work—programming for chuckle-bucks.
