Back in the Saddle, again
After three and a half weeks waiting and a new logic board, I finally have my computer back.
This seems like deja vu. The exact same thing happened to my previous computer. I’ll have to examine my computer habits to see if I’m somehow contributing to the damage. I’m not whipping it around, but maybe the way I transport it is stressing the inards.
Now, I have to begin changing my various passwords. I’ve also turned on my port monitoring program to ensure no “unwanted” traffic is being transmitted. Paranoia might seem odd to most people, but I happen to like my security.
After that, I can get back to the real work—programming for chuckle-bucks.
